These dried persimmons come from orchard-grown fruit in Fuping, where warm daylight and clean mountain air create a mellow, sweet taste. After picking, each piece is dried naturally until the surface becomes soft and the inside holds a smooth honey-like center.
Each persimmon is individually wrapped, and the product is packed and weighed in bulk.
